ABC Seamless has an excellent opportunity for a **Customer Service Officer / Representative** to join our leading home improvement company in the Parramatta area.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Taking and dealing with all customer and salesman queries.
- Keeping our customers happy and informed at all times.
- Maintaining relationships with all of our key customers including Strata Managers and Property Managers.

To be considered for the position, it is essential that you have:

- At least 1 years' experience in a customer service role.
- A car to drive to our office in the Parramatta area (parking on site).
- Australian residency.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Reliable, punctual and friendly nature.

You will be working from our office on Monday to Friday from 7am - 4pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
