**About the Position**

LEIBLE COFFEE is looking for a skilled and motivated Senior/Head Barista to join our team at Leible Coffee. As a Senior/Head Barista, you will be responsible for making decisions, delegating tasks to an all-rounder, and monitoring the general workflow of our coffee shop. This position also offers the opportunity to learn about the specialty coffee industry.

Multiple locations required - Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Crows Nest

**Responsibilities**
- Make batch brews and filter coffees
- Ensure coffee consistency
- Handle customer complaints
- Hand out and organize coffee orders
- Check that the store is presentable at all times
- Monitor customers’ orders and wait time
- Ensure consistent coffee shots
- Follow given recipe
- Keep bar area tidy and clean
- Communicate with fellow team members
- Pull coffee shots
- Clean group heads and handles regularly between service

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience as a Barista
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Organized
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.26 - $56.52 per hour

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
