Opportunities We are seeking an experienced Head Barista to join our FOH team on a full-time basis, crafting exceptional coffee and contributing to memorable guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to start immediately. The Ideal Candidate Must Have - Proven experience as a Barista in a high-volume, premium café or restaurant - Expertise in coffee preparation and latte art - Strong knowledge of coffee beans, blends, and brewing techniques - Demonstrated ability to exceed guest expectations - Adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Passion for delivering exceptional coffee and customer service - Outstanding time management skills - Excellent attention to detail and consistency - Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude - Professional presentation and strong communication skills - Able and willing to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, opening, and closing shifts Working with Lucas Collective At Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
