We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Care Consultants to join our customer care team based in Scoresby VIC to provide outstanding service

**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

Due to exciting growth within the business, we are looking for several dynamic **Customer Care Consultants **to join our high performing inbound Customer Care team based in **Scoresby VIC**, to provide an exceptional level of service to a select group of national customers

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Assist Account Managers and National Strategic Accounts Managers with customer quotes, product information and general enquiries
- Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
- Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions

To be successful, you will have:

- Ability to work Monday to Friday, between the hours 7.30am to 5.30pm
- Previous experience providing an exceptional level of customer service to internal and external customers
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced sales and service environment and manage conflicting priorities
- High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and investigation skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Intermediate MS Office skills are preferred
- Exposure or experience within a call centre or retail environment is preferred
- A willingness to learn
