**About the Role**
The Implementation and Delivery Manager will have oversight of the delivery and implementation of the Mental Health in Primary Schools (MHiPS) training program and will be responsible for training new staff, ensuring consistency of delivery across the team and supporting learning and development needs. The Implementation and Delivery Manager will also be responsible for training a small cohort of Mental Health and Wellbeing Leaders (MHWLs) and their schools participating in MHiPS.

Responsibilities include:

- Oversighting of all Core Module delivery according to contract guidelines including the management of day-to-day in accordance with project plan, including training delivery protocols, processes and plans and service delivery levels
- Guiding and supporting each Mental Health Wellbeing Leader (MHWL) on their learning pathway including assisting with individual development plans, facilitating specific learning content through the MHiPS Training Program
- Collaborating with the Learning and Content Designer to ensure latest research and new content is incorporated into the training program

**About You**
You will have experience in managing teams, developing and delivering training content, content knowledge/experience of mental health and wellbeing strategies and approaches for schools, excellent communication skills and be able to develop and sustain relationships with their learning group and other project stakeholders.

You will also have:

- A tertiary qualification in an appropriate field (education, wellbeing, psychology, social work or other Allied Health)
- Demonstrated experience in development and delivery of evidence-based training
- Experience in the leadership and supervision of staff including the development of workplans, supporting professional development needs and conflict resolution
- To ensure the University continues to provide a safe environment for everyone, this position requires the incumbent to hold a current and valid Working with Children Check._
