**About the Role**

Reporting to the Chief People Officer you will deliver the Workskil Australia Diversity and Inclusion Plan. You will engage positively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver activities to improve the diversity and culture of Workskil Australia. You will be able to represent Workskil Australia at all levels and influence change across the business. You will report accurately on D&I activities and be able to measure change within the business.

**This role is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis and will be located at Head Office in Melrose Park.**

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will be able to:

- Undertake a range of projects to improve diversity and inclusion practice across the business.
- Support the attraction and retention of diverse staff at Workskil Australia.
- Have up to date and comprehensive knowledge of best practice diversity and inclusion and use this knowledge to improve practices across Workskil Australia.
- Be able to coordinate and manage meetings and training sessions with staff related to Diversity and Inclusion, to improve knowledge and practice in the business.
- Ensure legislative and contractual activities are met in relation to Diversity and Inclusion, including WGEA reporting.
- Consult, develop and write policies and procedures to improve a diverse and inclusive staff.
- Report and evaluate on all diversity and inclusion activities.
- Engage closely with Internal Communications and Marketing to ensure the Diversity and Inclusion Plan is delivered.
- Adhere to the Integrated Management System and assist with continuous improvement activities.

You will also be required to:

- Have relevant work history in diversity and inclusion.
- Demonstrate strong skills in data entry, the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and ability to type a minimum 30 words per minute.
- Hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Social Science, Psychology or related field.

**Remuneration**

A competitive base salary circa $95,000** **will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
