**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to join our team at Mini Masterminds Childcare. As the Facility Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of facility management, including safety protocols, maintenance, equipment, supplies, and vendor management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and licensing requirements.
- Develop and implement facility maintenance programs to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance or repair needs and coordinate with appropriate vendors or contractors for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with external vendors for facility related services, landscaping, and maintenance.
- Maintain inventory of equipment, supplies, and materials, and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility management, including maintenance logs, service contracts, and safety inspections.
- Train and supervise facility staff, ensuring they adhere to policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in facility coordination or management, preferably in an educational or childcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and licensing requirements for educational facilitie
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitasking effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
