**About the Role**

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional all-round marketing support across events, advertising, digital and social media. There is a strong requirement for solutions-focused administrative support.

This role will also require a high level of organisation skills with an exceptional eye for detail as you will be required to seek quotes from suppliers, process purchase orders and invoices and manage internal and external requests.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you'll be able to demonstrate:

- Minimum 1 year delivering marketing support in a generalist role;
- Exceptional organisational skills, with an eye for detail;
- Problem solving skills and ability to multitask while working collaboratively with teams;
- High level of interpersonal communication skills and ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders;
- Ability to source, write and produce content for social media, with a basic understanding of analytical tools to assess and modify campaigns; and
- Strong computer and administration skills, proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Planner.

You will also be required to:

- Hold a valid drivers licence;
- Hold a Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent; and
- Graphic design skills viewed favourably.
