Aptitude Migration, a leading Migration and International Education Consultancy established in 2015 seeking an experienced "Admissions Officer" to join our team who can assist our team to grow in the International market.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- To be successful in this role you will need a working experience in a similar position whereby you have provided counseling services to students currently overseas (offshore) looking to study in Australia, as well as domestic and onshore international students.

As an Admissions Officer, you will be required to understand the course offerings from the education providers and be able to guide students on their course selection and needs.
You will be acting as a contact point, interacting with Australian education providers and agent partners to have any questions from students answered.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Interview students to understand their objectives and background.
- Provide clarifications to student’s queries in a professional manner.
- Advice students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved.
- Provide assistance to the students to complete the enrolment forms.
- Inform students about the courses offered and the tuition fees.
- Provide support to prepare admission-related presentations and host student receptions.
- Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.
- Provide support to the Senior Admission Counsellor when needed.
- Contact potential and existing clients to promote study options and Aptitude Migration services
- Liaise with student associations from your country of background within institutions to execute promotional events and targeted campaigns
- Conduct market research by customers and clients as instructed by the managers

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years experience in similar role
- Sound knowledge of the tertiary education system in Australia with an understanding of the Australian Education System, Australian Education Regulators, and Representative bodies.
- Understand Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) Levels
- Understand Provider Types i.e. University Education Providers, CRICOS Providers, VET Domestic Providers, Language Providers
- High-level interpersonal and oral communication skills, with the ability to consult, counsel, and liaise with a range of people from culturally diverse backgrounds.
- Enthusiastic, creative, honest, careful, passionate about sales and services of educational activities
- Persuasive sales and communication skills, good impressions on clients
- Attention to detail, task-orientated and possesses good presentation skills
- Highly motivated and self-driven, can work in a team and as an individual
- The ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Experience in International education with student recruitment, admissions, onshore and/or offshore
- Fully bilingual in English plus one language spoken in our international target markets
