**Key Responsibilities**:

- Play a pivotal role in the **strategic procurement**and **sourcing of goods, services, and talent** to meet the evolving needs of our organisation.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored disability support solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, professionals, and key stakeholders.
- Drive business growth through proactive outreach and strategic acquisition initiatives.
- Ask insightful questions to uncover opportunities and deliver the best solutions.
- Exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring a client-first approach.
- Work collaboratively with your team to create seamless service delivery and business success.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Strategic procurement and sourcing goods
- Fast pace environment, customer development, or client engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Understanding of the disability sector (preferred but not essential).
- Strong ability to drive results while maintaining compliance and ethical standards.
