Realise **your** potential at **yourtown** **your opportunity** As the **Job Placement Coach**, you will be part of a support team that works together with the young person and will focus on building their skills, confidence and readiness to enter employment through targeted and tailored activities. In this role, you will use your customer service skills and ability to build working relationships with young people to support them to gain skills that will lead them to meaningful, sustainable employment. Your role will include: - Delivering tailored, outcome-driven employment services, including assessment, pathway development, employer outreach, and ongoing support for sustainable employment. - Completing intake assessments with the participant to determine work readiness. - Working in collaboration with the member to goal set and implement strategies. - Source and match employment opportunities for young people using a strengths based, client-centered approach. - Job matching, cold calling, and reverse marketing the young person to employers. **what we are looking for** You are passionate about what you do.
