
Post Placement Support Specialist

Avoid unemployment challenges and empower job seekers through our employment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver proactive support to employed participants via regular telephone or face-to-face contact, monitoring their progress and addressing workplace challenges.
- Identify and recommend additional training resources or support services based on individual needs, ensuring timely claim evidence submission and documentation.
- Manage a caseload effectively, adhering to contractual obligations, internal policies, and quality standards, while maintaining accurate records and meeting performance targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess:
- Experience in Employment Services or transferable skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in challenging environments.
- Proven experience working in high-performance driven settings.
- Demonstrable ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- High degree of self-motivation.
- Strong engagement and relationship building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel suites of programs.
