
Post Placement Support Specialist

As a Consultant for Post Placement Support (PPS), your primary role will be to provide ongoing assistance to individuals in employment, identifying and addressing barriers to continued employment.
Key Responsibilities- Offer consistent and proactive support to employed participants through regular communication channels.
- Monitor their progress, address any challenges they encounter in the workplace, and provide guidance to help them maintain long-term employment.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to contractual and organizational requirements.
- Identify and recommend additional training, resources, or support services based on individual needs and circumstances.
- Effectively manage a PPS caseload, ensuring all activities align with contractual obligations, internal policies, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records, meet performance targets, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in Employment Services or transferable skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in challenging environments.
- Proven experience working in high-performance driven settings.
- Strong ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- High degree of self-motivation.
- Engagement and relationship building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel suites.
Eligibility to work in Australia is required. A current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle are also necessary.
Other RequirementsA MyGovID (Standard level) and willingness to complete a National Police Check are mandatory.
