**Bellwether** provide Project Management and Engineering Support services to private and government clients across Australia. Our people come from major infrastructure backgrounds and bring with them hands-on experience in the planning and delivery of some of Australia’s biggest and iconic projects.

We are currently after a Superintendent's Representative for a regional council's water supply upgrade. Remote working options available.

The Superintendent’s Representative will be required to administer the contract, and manage the delivery of the project from the current Planning and Design Phase to the award and execution of the construction contracts.

**Regional QLD location (Dalby), 3 year contract.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist the Superintendent and precontracts manager in accordance with AS2124 and AS4300
- Manage the planning phase for the Dalby Water Supply Upgrade project including review and development of the concept project plan, risk assessment, estimates, site selection, negotiation with stakeholders, obtaining environmental approvals and concept designs
- Manage the engagement of third-party contractors and consultants necessary to support the delivery of major projects
- Experience executing, administering, and compiling AS2124 & AS4300 contracts as Superintendent or Superintendents' Representative
- Experience in similar roles with Infrastructure Projects of Value > $2M
- Design, construction, maintenance, and operation of water industry infrastructure
