**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Electrical Maintenance Planning Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing electrical maintenance plans and coordinating projects to drive preventive maintenance and improvements within our plant.

This role requires someone who is highly team orientated to work closely within the maintenance team and wider manufacturing plant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Day to day management of the electrical maintenance team (Approx 10-12 employees) including shift trades
- Carry out planning for maintenance tasks for site, including determining the scope of work, tools, parts and resources needed to safely and successfully complete these tasks
- Create SAP revisions for allocating work to maintenance days / planned events
- Assist with breakdowns or emergent work as required.
- Ensure that all purchasing documentation is processed in a timely manner
- Participate in factory safety and quality audit programs
- Conduct regular training needs analysis to ensure skills gaps are identified and operator bench strength and succession is planned for.
- Build and promote a positive and efficient team environment through recognition
- Ensure all Quality, Safety and Production targets are met or exceeded

**About you**
- Post trade electrical qualifications high regarded with tertiary qualifications in an electrical engineering discipline highly regarded
- Worked in a Maintenance Supervising & Planning role for 5+ years in an industrial, mining, manufacturing or transport related industry
- Extensive CMMS Maintenance, with preference for SAP Maintenance
- High level of attention to detail
- Able to work to strict deadlines
- Able to work as part of a team, gathering information from many sources, and to work in a self-directed manner to fulfil the job requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop a high performing maintenance team
