**The Role**

The Facilities Manager - Maintenance Manager will be responsible for delivering Planned and Reactive Maintenance solutions across Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Building and Fire Services.

As a **Maintenance Manager **, you will coordinate and oversee the delivery of Planned and Reactive Maintenance solutions across Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Building, and Fire Services for a requested **Health care provider **for BGIS.

This role is based in **St Albans Park, Geelong, VIC
**This is a permanent part-time role, 30 hours per week.
- Liaising and managing sub-contractors and vendors on site.
- Manage the delivery of the contractual obligations.
- Delivery of Maintenance Services to the agreed budget.
- Ensuring that all types are always operational.
- Attending sites at the relevant priority time frames.
- Inspect and maintain the BMS (Building Management System).
- Provide cost estimates and quotes for works. Undertake system and asset verification tests.

**Skills & Experience**
- Trade Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Fire, or Hydraulics.
- Experience operating an online Work Order Management System.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills. White Card (General Construction Induction Card).
