Supple is an award-winning web solutions agency, specialising in SEO,
SEM, Web Design/Development, and Social Media Marketing. We are
currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Specialist to
join our team of equally as experienced professionals.

**What the day-to-day responsibilities look like**:

- Planning, creation, development, and implementation of digital

marketing strategies.
- Perform detailed market research, including competitor analyses,

keyword research, analyses of current various trends, and client’
prospective growth patterns/areas.
- Liaise with the client to gather the business requirements and

create the initial proposal to send to the client.
- The main point of contact between clients and the technical team

and take ownership of objection handling and stakeholder
management.
- Work closely with the client and technical team to analyse the

requirements put forward by the client and investigate the best way
to implement those requirements.
- Identify different and relevant opportunities and updates in order to

support and enhance the operational activities across the company,
including developers, SEO specialists, external stakeholders etc.
- Liaise with external stakeholders to obtain necessary recourses, and

pricing to create and implement campaigns.
- Help deliver improved customer experience and technological

excellence.
- Provide accurate and correct information to clients on behalf of the

company.
- Build, maintain and retain client and stakeholder relationships.
- Plan approaches and pitches in line with client wants, needs,

concerns, and objectives.
- Help to create training manuals for any new processes put in place,

which ensure clean and swift handover of projects to clients.
- Regular target meetings.

**What you should bring to the role**:

- 4-5 years’ experience in this field, or a field that is similar.
- Excellent customer service and should also be well-spoken.
- The ability to translate any complex technical terminology into

face-to-face).
- Experience working in a high-paced environment.

*Bonus: if you have extensive knowledge of SEO.
