Community Nursing Team Lead role to support the Community Services Manager and Clinical team with providing the highest quality care to our clients’ in the community of Northern NSW (regional).

You will clinically and holistically support members of our community to achieve their individual and health goals. You will have the ability to drive great clinical, social, and emotional outcomes for our seniors.

Selection Criteria:
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse is essential- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent is essential- Previous experience managing a team and working in a similar environment- Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities- Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills- A sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, person centred and relationship-based care principles- Full Australian work rights

Core responsibilities:
- Support all sites as clinical expert with some face to face training, education and competencies- Assist with onboarding of all Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses- Maintain and promote monthly clinical meetings- Guide LifeCare At Home - Quality and Clinical Practice Working Group- Oversee clinical incidents in our tracking system, Riskman
