- Lead Group Healthcare are seeking a **Quality and Education Manager** for a beautiful Residential Aged Care Facility located in the northern Rivers region of New South Wales local to **Tweed Heads NSW.**

This is a fantastic opportunity to live where other people holiday and work with a highly regarded, medium/large sized facility that provides a fantastic support system, working directly alongside the **Facility Manager,** **Clinical Managers**, **AN-ACC support**, **Regional Quality and Education Support** plus 24-hour **Registered Nurses** and **Care team**.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the home with Accreditation, Quality oversight, clinical governance, compliance and staff education, working collaboratively with your team to ensure outstanding service provision.

**_Role Requirements_**
- Full time Australian working rights
- AHPRA Registration
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment - desirable but not essential
- 4 years + clinical experience - Aged Care experience desirable
- Leadership capabilities with strong communication skills
