About the role

Join a multi award winning clinic and lead our confidence journey as Clinic Manager Maternity Cover at Laser Clinics Tweed Heads.

As Clinic Manager, you'll guide our team in helping clients achieve their version of FEELING GOOD by:

  • Leading by Example: Motivate your team to excel in their roles and achieve KPIs, leaving them feeling empowered.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee smooth day-to-day clinic operations and manage staffing needs for optimal coverage.
  • Client Experience: Deliver our Customer Value Proposition to exceed client expectations and be the one they rave about
  • Business Growth: Drive clinic profitability and expansion, igniting a sense of WICKED ambition.
We\'d feel ELECTRIC if you have:
  • Formal qualification in Beauty (i.e. Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy).
  • Experience in a clinical or aesthetic environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Business acumen and passion for the beauty industry.
  • Focus on excellent customer service and results.
