We partner with rural sites to offer exciting development and exposure with rural experiences and have a dedicated team with a tailored medical services education program including high fidelity simulation.

With the Greenslopes UQ Medical School on-site you will also have the ability to mentor future doctors and work in collaborative teams.

We have a number of college accredited advanced training pathways in surgical, medical and critical care disciplines and are a level 3 Basic Physician Training accredited hospital.

As an RMO you will work in teams with medical students, Interns, PHOs, Registrars and Advanced Trainees in a supportive environment.

RMOs are supported to attend rural rotations. Accommodation and travel on rural placements is provided, arranged and managed through the rural sites.

**About You**
- **Current General Registration or eligible for Provisional Registration with AHPRA**:

- Recency of clinical practice
- You will demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to manage a broad spectrum of patients.
- You will also have exceptional communication skills and demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:
Everyone who joins Ramsay:

- Must be **vaccinated against Covid-19, **a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
- _Must provide a _**National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children** check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases.
