**About the company**:
Newly created position for an award-winning Creative Agency specialising in the Commercial Property Industry offering a full service, with a high-profile selection of International and National clients and repeat business for many years. Creating brands for new developments, reimagine existing buildings and harness the culture of places to deliver outstanding financial outcomes.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will develop and present marketing proposals to clients, while in-house creatives assist with the execution and delivery. Working closely with Property Professionals such as Commercial Real Estate Agents Developers, Architects, etc. to develop strategic insights, product positioning and compelling brands. As a key member of our leadership team, you will lead significant projects for high profile clients.

**Duties**:

- Work with account management and creative teams to develop and present marketing proposals to clients
- Identify new business opportunities within the property & real estate sectors (mainly Commercial)
- Work with account management and clients to develop and launch marketing campaigns
- Recommend full suite of marketing services to clients to drive sales, meeting regularly to discuss campaign performance
- Ability to brief the team and liaise with eternal staff members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to generate insights for proposals and strategy implementation
- Maintain key relationships throughout the industry, generate leads and nurture existing clients

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in a similar marketing position - property preferred
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- A can-do attitude and collaborative approach
- The ability to solve problems and remain focused under pressure
- Understand how to prioritise and execute tasks in an efficient manner
