**Account Executive - Melbourne Office - Max term contract**
A great opportunity for an Account Executive to join our Domain Builders and Developers sales team in Melbourne on a max term contract. You will be proactive, working closely with your allocated Account Manager and VIC Group Sales Manager to support a high performing team. You will be required to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders alike. You will be working closely with media agencies and developer clients to ensure a smooth end to end booking process, as well as supporting the team with campaign optimisation, campaign set up, billing enquiries, reporting and contract creation.
**Who are you?**
- Be able to effectively train clients on our agent admin portal
- Provide excellence in Customer Service & professionally handle client interactions
- Be excellent with time management & organisational effectiveness
- Develop client & industry relationships
- Run weekly reports and liaise with our AdOps team to ensure correct information is displayed
- Manage credits and support clients with billing enquiries
- Have strong knowledge of the media sales/advertising landscape
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience by creating new processes to support key stakeholders
- Have the ability to work in a high pressure environment
