What you'll be doing
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all front-of-house operations, including reservations, seating, and service
- Coordinate and lead the wait staff team, providing training, mentoring, and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and tact
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation and quality
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance the restaurant's operations and guest experience
- Assist with inventory management, cost control, and other administrative duties as required

What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar assistant restaurant manager or senior front-of-house role within a high-end, fine dining establishment
- Demonstrable expertise in leading and motivating a team of hospitality professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and build strong relationships
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation
- Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and other operational aspects of running a successful restaurant
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
