**The Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler that has a strong background working with one storey, two storey and unit development sectors then come join our team to flex your estimating expertise

Reporting directly to the Scheduling Manager, this is a permanent full time opportunity based out of our office in Osborne Park. As a scheduler, you will be an integral part of our busy and dynamic team.

Your day to day include the following but not limited to:

- Quantifying materials and creating orders for jobs
- Obtaining quotes
- Action of variation orders
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers for material orders
- Coordination workload
- Meet production targets set by the Scheduling Manager
- Reviewing invoices & raising purchase orders

**What we’ll love about you**
You will have completed or currently studying a Certificate IV or Diploma of Building and Construction and have the following:

- The ability to read and interpret contract documents.
- Previous experience or knowledge in residential construction would be highly regarded
- Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize work and work to deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of computer literacy and knowledge of office management systems
