**Our Client**

Based in CBD, our client is a key provider in the aged care, disability and community support services industry. With constant growth, our client is looking for a new addition to their scheduling team with an immediate start.

**Description**

This full-time hours, Monday to Friday opportunity, will sit with a team of schedulers and be highly administration and customer service focused.

Your duties will Include, but not limited to;
- Responding to service requests - scheduling staff members to correct tasks based on their qualifications and client needs.
- Ensure accurate collation of information, schedules and client/employee information entered into the database.
- Printing, collating and binding correct forms and paperwork as required.
- Accurate data entry and general administration as required.
- Assist with the general cleanliness of the office.

**Profile**
- Previous rostering experience and ability to direct staff.
- Experience with systems such as "Sales Force" and "Skedulo" or other related scheduling systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced time management, organisational and problem solving skills.
- National Police Clearance no older than 6 months.
- Current Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable and roadworthy vehicle.
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination (including Booster if eligible)
