We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Scheduler looking to make a real difference through their work at Enrich Living.

No matter your role with the myHomecare Group, you’ll play a key part in supporting our clients and their families. With us, you’ll become a true expert in the variety of Home Care Packages Program in the in-home care space - and we’ve got the comprehensive training and development tools to get you there.

**So, what does the role entail?**

As our **Scheduler** you will be responsible for the successful roster coordination of clients' services and staff activities and to ensure we deliver exceptional services that enable our clients to live enriched lives. This is a **Full Time** position and you will be based in the Enrich Living Services Head Office in West Perth, WA.
- Be the first line contact for existing client enquiries and staff rostering/service provision queries;
- Maintain a client schedule and master roster to effectively match client service requests with staff and/or external service providers and cost efficiencies;
- Coordinate changes to the client/staff schedule to ensure services are provided smoothly, in a well communicated, consistent manner;
- Accurately and objectively document activities and client services to ensure the effective communication of client needs, preferences, activities and charges;
- Liaise with our Regional Manager, Client Services Team and the client/client representative to keep our services running effectively

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Proven experience in an office or scheduling role.
- Microsoft Office Suite and Procura Software experience is desirable.
- Certificate III in Business (or similar) is desirable.
- The right to work in Australia.
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (the myHomecare Group will organise via WorkPro at no cost).
- Proof of Covid Vaccination.
