About the role
**As the Principal HR Advisor, you will**:

- Lead and deliver strategic, solution-focused HR advice across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on complex workplace matters including performance management, conduct, and employee relations.
- Influence and support the development of a high-performing, ethical, and valuesled culture through capability building, coaching and practical workplace strategies.
- Manage sensitive and complex casework in accordance with relevant legislative frameworks and departmental policies, including Conduct and Performance Excellence (CAPE), Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) and Public Interest Disclosure (PID).
- Design and deliver internal development initiatives, training and resources that build organisational capability in performance, conduct, and workplace culture.

- Communicate with influence, preparing high-quality, tailored written and verbal advice that supports informed action and compliance.
