**About you**:

- Experience in pottery techniques such as mould making, slip casting, and RAM pressing.
- Experience in sculpture creation, including knowledge of kilns and equipment maintenance.
- Experience working with people living with a disability in an employment setting or direct support and training.
- Well-developed computer skills for maintaining records and communicating effectively.
