**Tell me about this role**:
We are currently looking for security cleared Configuration Control Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career with a leading Defence supplier. This opportunity will see you accountable for ensuring that the configuration management support is provided to both information management and engineering activities.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Provide a process for Configuration Management facilitating a governance role in the Configuration Management space for Submarine Systems Engineering.
- Provide effective configuration control of Submarine System Engineering artefacts and outputs.
- Deliver high level advice to stakeholders in relation to the Configuration Management function and relevant supporting administrative guidance.
- Plan, lead and manage a range of people and process responsibilities to achieve business outcomes.

**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Must have minimum of 8 years of broad configuration control experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the sustainment environment in Maritime.
- Show proven knowledge of modern configuration management tools and procedures.
- Have proven experience in the development, implementation, compliance and review of policies ad procedures relevant to the Submarine Enterprise.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed teamwork and collaboration skills, including clearly demonstrated initiative and proactive behaviours
- Minimum Baseline security clearance and be able to upgrade to an NV1 clearance if required
