  • Support and prepare for Change Control Board (CCB) meetings.
  • Conduct desktop audits and Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs).
  • Ensure traceability of changes and manage configuration baselines.
  • Support design reviews and ensure impacted documentation is identified and updated.
  • Provide training and guidance on configuration and documentation management best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and generate reports on documentation accuracy, compliance, and issues.

This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation where your work is valued, your professional growth is supported, and your impact is visible.

About You -

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced engineering environment. You will be someone who takes ownership of processes, is deadline-driven, and enjoys finding innovative ways to improve systems and documentation practices.

To be successful, you will have:

Mandatory:

  • Familiarity with ESA Configuration and Documentation Management standards (ECSS).
  • Knowledge of ESA administrative/documentation management tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working both autonomously and collaboratively in complex environments.
