**The Opportunity**

This is a great opportunity to join our global IT team in Melbourne on a 12 month fixed term contract where you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets and configuration items for the firm ensuring accurate records in the CMDB.

**We are interested in hearing from people who have**:

- 5+ years experience in IT Asset and Configuration Management
- Proficient in the use of CMDB and asset management tools
- Working knowledge of and certification in ITIL 4
- Experience using ITSM tools particularly ServiceNow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
