**About the role**

The Customer Service Representative in the Teaching Standards and Accreditation division provides quality frontline service to teachers and other key stakeholders working within the teacher accreditation system in NSW.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

- Providing timely, high quality customer service to stakeholders in alignment with NESA’s values
- Developing a solid understanding of the policies, processes, and procedures for teacher accreditation in NSW to ensure that the information provided is accurate and compliant
- Ensuring service standards and performance objectives are achieved, and the confidentiality, privacy and integrity of information is maintained.
