Here at Australian Audiology Hearing Specialists, we are proud to be running a quartet of modern, highly successful clinics fitted with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment.

Soon to be five, we are a chain of family-owned, independent practices scattered throughout the east coast regions. Right now, we are looking for a friendly and conscientious Customer Service Officer to join our team for our Mount Ommaney Clinic opening on the 1st of July.
- **Employment Requirements**_

As a CSO, you will be providing mostly admin duties to support our clinicians. Therefore, it is crucial that you can:

- Be friendly and approachable for potential clients
- Build rapport with potential clients to generate leads for the clinic
- Navigate and understand simple computer and smartphone programs, for daily appointments and bookk-keeping
- Have an open and inquisitive mindset, learning and adapting to new hearing aid technology & answer basic hearing related questions for curious customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
