Customer Service Officer CHiQ Australia Mount Waverley - Full Time Position - $50,000 - 52,000 + Super
About the business and the role:
At CHiQ Australia, we care about our customers and focus highly on efficiency, collaboration and taking initiative to ensure success and are seeking a like-minded charismatic individual to join our expanding Customer Service Team.

Core responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Logging in and allocating Warranty Repairs, spare parts and sales orders;
- Following up on Allocated warranty repairs;
- Assisting the team with incoming and outbound calls; and
- Document and manage follow ups for store credits for the Customer Returns Department to help improve our services.
About you:
- Have a good sense of humour and a positive personality while being professional and eager to succeed;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Experience with SAP preferred;
- Ability to work autonomously to handle a variety of tasks;
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently without supervision;
- Remain curious, and always look for ways to improve your tasks and able to exceed our customer’s expectations; and
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
