About the role
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cleaning Services professional to join our team at McLeod Country Golf Club in Mount Ommaney, QLD. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours to suit your schedule. As part of our Trades & Services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness across our golf club facilities.
What you'll be doing
- Thoroughly clean and sanitise all designated areas, including clubhouse, locker rooms, halfway house and library
- Replenish supplies in bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas as needed
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the General Manager
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a consistently high level of customer service
- Work hours are flexible and aimed at a work life balance with 5am to 9am daily schedules across a 7day roster.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a similar Cleaning Services role, ideally within the hospitality or facilities management industry
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- A keen eye for identifying and addressing any cleanliness or maintenance issues
