- _Through partnerships across Defence, APS and industry, our learning specialists navigate the strategic landscape to guide effective learning solutions and experiences to enable future learning. We analyse programs and provide best practice strategic advice to pilot innovation and uplift people capability. Communication specialists shape, support and deliver marketing strategies while governance experts ensure business processes are efficient, compliant and fit-for-purpose.
- Learning Delivery:_
- _Our specialists provide oversight, engagement and delivery of APS leadership programs and enterprise corporate learning. We benchmark our programs and platforms to meet expectations of today’s contemporary learner. We manage and operate the Fyshwick Learning Centre and ensure it offers a contemporary learning environment fit to deliver capability development now and in future.
- Digital Learning Solutions and Platforms:_
- _We develop innovative digital learning artefacts (inc. eLearning and podcasts), sustain Defence’s extant Learning Management System (LMS) while transitioning to a new learning experience platform (LXP) to enable a learner at the centre approach. We are eLearning designers and user experience specialists, governance, assurance and policy officers, project managers, and ICT and customer support officers that work with stakeholders to deliver quality learning products and shape Defence’s future learning environment.
