**About the role**:
As the Manager, at Home for the Central Coast/Hunter region you will lead a large and dynamic team providing services across Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program, Transition Care, and Care Finders. Reporting to the Operations Group Manager you will work with a team of people who use their flexibility and creativity to deliver the best outcomes for their customers.
**About you**:
Utilise your management experience and expertise in delivering Home Services to support the Central Coast/Hunter at home team to deliver care to over 800 clients living independently at home.
Your leadership will drive a culture of best practice, innovation and continuous improvement and you will get to work with an amazing team who are committed to delivering a high quality of care and services to our clients.
Your previous experience in aged care, community of disability management or related discipline will be highly regarded.
