What do I need? - Strong ability to foster customer relationships starting with a referral network of external partners; experience in maintaining such networks is essential. - Proven experience working in a customer-facing organisation, particularly in lending. - Comprehensive knowledge of the home lending process. - Solid people skills to make customers feel confident and well-supported. - Consistently exceed customer expectations through exceptional service and relationship-building.
