**About the role**:
Reporting to the Aviation Operations Manager, the Aviation Operations Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing support to ensure safe and efficient operations at Ampol’s Aviation Refuelling location. To ensure that Ampol provides on time and in full services to customers in a safe and reliable manner whilst maintaining high level of compliance.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Support in scheduling flights to be refuelled
- Support the Operations Manager in all vehicle maintenance and day to day activities.
- Complete daily scheduling & stock reconciliation
- Suggest operation improvements as required
- Monitor compliance items including contractor management
- Assist with training
**About you**:
You have a positive and can-do attitude with previous experience in a similar role. You are safety focussed and have demonstrated proven success in a supportive role for operators and management. You are highly organised and able to manage workload and work under pressure.
**Key skills and experience**:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Aviation Operations is ideal (not essential)
- HR licence is preferred (not essential)
- Scheduling experience in a complex business is desirable
- Good understanding of vehicle maintenance requirements
- Computer literate
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
