**What are we looking for?**
- Extensive guest service experience in Front Office with night audit experience highly regarded
- Be confident in issue resolution, problem solving and decision making
- Good computer skills with knowledge of property management systems (Opera Cloud highly regarded)
- A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Access)
- Sound knowledge of the local area and surrounds
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Flexibility to work across a night roster from 11pm - 7:30am
