**About the role**
As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Commercial Analysts focused on delivering our national domestic commercial strategy within ANZ.
Enhance performance tracking by driving reporting & insights while collaborating cross functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations for continuous improvement to deliver strategic business objectives.

You will have an important voice where your expertise and strategic advice is valued at all levels through to our executive management team on some of our top priorities.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Manage pricing for various products, lanes, and customer profiles
- Identify strategic insights to evaluate potential new revenue streams and improvement opportunities for current pricing models
- Drive the commercial analyst team in performing cost modelling, and customer profitability analysis for new and existing business to support business planning & decision-making
- Manage and update automated rate cards to ensure pricing accuracy and competitiveness
- Drive yield management by analyzing and optimizing top-line and bottom-line costs, capacity, and resource allocation
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide insights on pricing strategies
- Develop and implement reporting and data visualization to communicate insights and pricing performance to senior management and stakeholders

**Experience Required**
- Proven leadership experience including the ability to recruit, develop, manage and motivate
- Significant experience in commercial modeling and profitability analysis
- Demonstrable results in research & analysis, new product & service development, and brand building
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field highly desirable
