**Role Profile**:
Are you a digital advertising gun, who loves driving amazing results?Introducing your net dream job We are looking for an experienced executive, who lives and breathes all things paid search and social.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a range of high-profile clients including Pizza Hut, R.M. Williams, Red Bull, MCM House, Georg Jensen, Indeed, and more. This position is responsible for supporting the implementation of paid search and social campaigns.

**the role**:
Working closely with our Paid Digital and Social Leads, you’ll be responsible for supporting the implementing of our paid campaigns across a small number of clients.

To add more context, this role will be responsible for:

- Nailing campaign builds and launching on time across all search and social (Mainly Google and Meta)
- Copywriting across Paid Search and Paid Social following best practice
- Optimising performance like a master
- Reporting on key performance highlights, and starting to build out valuable insights to use for future activity
- Pivoting objectives and direction based on real-time results
- Budget pacing on a daily basis
- Staying up-to-date on the latest trends, channels and formats to deliver industry-leading work

**the experience**:

- 1+ years
- Agency-side experience is essential
- Experience with building and optimising PPC campaigns
- eCommerce paid campaign experience essential
- Strong communication and deadline delivery skills
- Strong Paid Advertising across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Google Analytics knowledge favourable
- Experience in performance reportable highly valued
