We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join a fun & dynamic fashion company based in Alexandria. You will play a pivotal role in leading the strategic and tactical changes to our clients websites, to drive business profitability and optimise the online customer experience.

Additionally, this role is crucial for assisting with the end-to-end execution of multi-channel paid digital campaigns to drive visitor traffic, optimise conversion and achieve goals. Collaboration with the eCommerce trading team will be key, as you provide real-time insights and enhancements to drive day-to-day trading results for our clients online brand.

**We are looking for a technical-savvy digital and eCommerce enthusiast who meets the below requirements for the role**:

- Creating and owning the Digital user experience strategy to improve and enhance customer satisfaction rates.
- Utilising analytics tools to map the customer journey, identify trends, and drive business growth through customer data insights.
- Developing customer-facing digital strategy and innovation, staying updated with digital marketing trends and technologies to drive global business growth.
- Ensuring a consistent customer experience across all digital marketing products.
- Providing data-led insights for future campaign initiatives.
- Developing and maintaining key vendor partnerships.
- Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.
- Working with the eCommerce trading team to deliver insights for increased conversion and revenue.
- Staying updated with online trends, new technologies, and the competitive landscape.

**Skills Required**:

- Solid understanding of web metrics and digital analytics, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets or similar.
- High degree of internet savvy and enthusiasm for digital and media trends.
- Proficiency and in Google Analytics.
- Strong project management skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritise activities, and drive results.
- Experience analysing and evaluating digital campaigns in a B2C environment.
- Experience working with third-party agencies to optimise successful PPC campaigns.
- Experience in the B2C customer journey, global site experience is a plus.
- Ability to work under deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple brands.
