We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team. Working within a multi-skilled team you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall marketing strategy.

About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this newly created role will create content (both organic and paid) that drives growth, reach, engagement, and sales primarily for the Training Business.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:- Website - implement content updates, manage SEO, and monitor website and performance analytics using GA4 to identify areas of improvement-
- Social media - oversee content creation, scheduling, replies, reporting.- Paid advertising - coordinate and implement across Search and Paid Social with the support of a Digital Agency. Monitor analytics for ongoing optimization- Events - support presence (online and offline)- Webinars - building and facilitation- Execute brand compliance - ensure brand TOV across all platforms, ensuring consistency internally and externally- Graphic Design

Skills and Attributes- Must have full Australian working rights- Degree qualified in Marketing /Communications/Business or a related field.- 3-4 years in digital marketing and e-commerce- 2+ years of commercial experience in SEO / SEM (PPC Advertising)- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word, and Google Suite- Advanced Google AdWords (must be certified)- Experience with GA4 is a plus.- Understanding paid search management is a must (including LinkedIn Campaign Manager)- Experience to utilise a CMS to regularly update website content- Strong knowledge of the web and social media platforms- Analytical mindset with the ability to test, tweak, report, and improve campaigns and paid advertising.- An interest in SEO best practices and how they can influence the effectiveness of your content.- High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign with the ability to create engaging graphics and digital content- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workflow across competing deadlines- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team

This is a permanent full-time role with the flexibility of being able to work from home. However, initial onboarding and training will be conducted in our Macquarie Park office.
