Alpha Omega Management Consulting Pty Ltd is a customer focused registered NDIS and Home Care Package service provider, currently based in Cabramatta providing care services to all Sydney and Melbourne metropolitan areas. We are looking for an Accounts Officer to join us on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Finance Team Leader, the purpose of the role is to assist in the delivery of high quality, efficient and accurate statutory reporting services whilst complying with organizational policies and procedures, accounting standards and legislative requirements.
Location: Cabramatta, NSW 2166.
**Job responsibilities.**
- entering expense into Visual Care and Xero accurately and on time manner;
- uploading receipts, bills, and reimbursements required documents into systems.
- organizing and entering all draft bills, receipts, and reimbursements, and get approve from authorized person.
- data entry for expense into HCP client statements accurately and on time manner;
- providing the HCP weekly AP expense report under the supervision of accounts payable staff;
- other accounts tasks when required.
- Undertake other wide accounting tasks as requested by the supervisor.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Vocational or tertiary degree in accounting or related discipline.
- At least 01 years of relevant work experience with demonstrated experience in professional accounting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices including Australian Accounting Standards,Australian tax legislation and the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Sound knowledge of budgeting principles and practices.
- Current Valid Police Check.
- Working in the Aged Care industry is strongly desirable.
