Austwel Building Materials is a fast-growing building construction materials company focusing on Aluminum Windows and Doors for commercial and residential use. We are constantly looking for talented future leaders to help better our business.

We are currently looking for an energetic and passionate HR & Administration Officer to join our company.

This position is based in Cabramatta NSW.

**Your tasks and responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all vacancies, including sourcing and screening applicants, scheduling of interviews and contract drafting
- Be responsible for employee life cycles from on boarding inductions to off boarding interviews
- Provide HR advise and support in grievances, disciplinary, capability investigations
- Own the HRIS functionality and work with IT team to improve internal HR System
- Coordinate with business units with attendance records to ensure Account/Finance payroll process seamlessly
- Provide HR admin support to business units: employment variations, updating org charts, company policies, offboarding process, any other ad-hoc projects
- Nurture an inclusive and positive working environment
- Regularly review and update company policies and procedures

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Proven 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
- A desire to learn and develop yourself
- Strong research skills to create solution
- **MUST speak both Chinese and English**:

- Experience managing stakeholders with confidence, flexibility and autonomy
- Capacity to multi-task and work autonomously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with employee relation issues
- Sound administration and organisation skills with a proactive, "can do" attitude
- Strong system knowledge and general MS Office skill (vLookup, Mail Merge)

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
