We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist (Athlete) to join the team at our Adelaide Factory Store. This full-time opportunity will see you effectively serve as an expert in a specific zone within the store (Stockroom), achieving sales and customer service excellence in accordance with Nike standards.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Driving sales via face-to-face and telephone customer service skills, advanced sales techniques and product knowledge to connect consumer with the right product
- Demonstrating special expertise or advanced knowledge on your designated area
- Managing more complex transactions or customer service situations
- Assisting in training athletes and in the coordination of work of others
- Executing Marketing, Business Operations and Merchandising standards 100% of the time at the direction of store management.

- Solid organizational and planning skills.
