This NFP is an expert within their space, with a rich history spanning over 75 years. Our client is one of the largest not-for-profit disability support service providers in Australia. They have a strong ethos in driving and creating social experiences for all their customers to ensure they are provided with ample opportunities to thrive.
In this role you will be supporting over 5000+ Team Members nationally across 400+ services throughout Australia. Thus, providing a fast-paced, engaging, and demanding environment, with no two days being the same.
This role will see you being accountable for and partnering with their client group, providing front-line generalist industrial and employment relations advice and support. You will be an experience HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor that has strong strategic partnership capabilities and is proactive in there approach to HR.
This role is a 3 month contract (either temporary or fixed-term), ideal for someone looking to commence immediately.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide advice and coaching in supporting employee lifecycle activity and programs, through being the first point of contact for team members and leaders in your client group;
- Support, coordinate, and initiate employee engagement and culture initiatives projects, and events;
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to connect and partner with Leadership and Operational teams located throughout Australia.

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources, management or related business discipline;
- Demonstrated experience in the development of effective partnering relationships within a HR Business Partner capacity;
- Strong relationship building and partnering skills are essential;
- Team focused attitude whilst also maintaining the ability to work autonomously is essential in this environment as well as strong communication skills;
- A genuine passion and care for others as this organisation is focused on community care.
