Gemini Pinkenba is one of the largest modern accident repair workshops in Queensland, with 33 staff and a team culture that includes everyone. The shop is fitted out with modern equipment including pulling racks, Car-O-Liner speed benches, and a fully functional in-house mechanical workshop. The site is conveniently located 5 minutes from the M1 and 12 minutes from Brisbane CBD.

**About the Role**:
In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Providing frontline customer service to all customers who visit our site
- Keeping customers informed about the repair process and estimated completion dates for their vehicles
- Supporting management with inventory, including parts, paint, and consumables
- Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs
